RETURN & ONLINE PURCHASE POLICY
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging). Non-compliant returns will be refused.
You have 14 days from receipt to return your online purchases, if they are not suitable, in their original condition. Below, you will find a return form to fill out and include in the package to facilitate the return process.
The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days after receipt of the package.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / ORDER ERROR

RESPONSIBILITY UPON DELIVERY
Once the carrier has marked your package as delivered, Modestyia is no longer responsible for its loss or disappearance. We will not be able to issue a refund in this case. For any claims, please contact the carrier (Colissimo/MR) directly to resolve the issue.
